PHILIP ZIELKE
Scenic Studio Supervisor
B.F.A. - Texas Christian University

Philip Zielke is the Scenic Studio
Supervisor at Texas Christian University. Originally
from Fort Worth and a graduate of Arlington Heights
High School, Philip received his B.F.A. in Lighting
Design from TCU last May. While a student at TCU, Philip
served as the Scenic Designer for Talk Radio
and The Bald Soprano, the Lighting Designer
for Burning Patience, Book of Days,
and Misalliance, and he served as the Master
Electrician on over 10 Theatre TCU productions. He has
also worked for regional theatres including Ector Theatricals
in Odessa, Texas where he was the Assistant Technical
Director for Beauty and the Beast. Philip has
been the Technical Director for two local theatre companies,
Amphibian Productions and Kids Who Care where he helped
produce two shows for each company over the summer.
He is a member of the United States Institute for Theatre
Technology.
